Q1: Will the characters and costumes shown be at my party?
We strive to provide your chosen entertainer, but availability may vary due to prior bookings. In case of emergencies, we’ll substitute with one of our talented cast members. Costume, performer, and wig variations occur by region, so we cannot guarantee an exact match to website images. However, we guarantee your chosen character.
Q2: Are your parties suitable for all ages?
Our Corporate Entertainment is suitable for all ages. Our traditional princess parties cater to ages 3-10, but all ages can enjoy our engaging performances. We offer activities for all genders, and our characters are available for various special events and corporate functions.
Q3: Do I need to make a deposit to reserve a date?
Yes, a deposit or full payment secures your Character Performer, Party Date & Time exclusively for your event. We don’t hold dates without a deposit or full payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover but not Amex, checks, or cash for reservations. Deposits and full payments are non-refundable.
Q4: What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for parties, regardless of circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or virtual parties. Deposits or full payments for location-based events cannot be applied to virtual parties or virtual greetings.
Q5: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance, but we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
Q6: Is there a fee for cancellations?
Yes, cancellations result in a forfeit of your deposit or full payment since we reserve your date and time exclusively for your party. Rescheduling is possible once within a three-month period, depending on availability.
Q7: Should I call to book my party?
Since the pandemic, we no offer take calls to book parties. We have found that keeping everything in writing in an email thread works best for our clients to utilize as a reference as well as for our team.
Q8: Should I tip my performer?
Yes, gratuities are appreciated but not required. Our performers love receiving tips for making your child’s birthday special. Gratuities typically range from $25 and up.
Q9: What happens at the in-home party, and what do I need to know?
Our characters are professional entertainers who arrive 30 minutes after your party’s start time. They park discreetly down the street to maintain the surprise. They’ll meet the birthday child, greet guests, and follow the activities in your chosen package. Please let them execute their routine for a successful party. Photographs are encouraged.
Q10: What if my performer is ill or running late?
Our performers arrive 15 minutes early. If they run late due to unforeseen circumstances, they’ll stay for the scheduled duration. If a performer falls ill, we’ll arrange a replacement or offer rescheduling or a refund within a three-month period.

No, we only offer entertainment and equipment for our performers. We do not provide baked goods, event decor, or party supplies.

We serve various regions, including but not limited to Atlanta, Miami, Northern California, Portland, Oregon, Vancouver, and Seattle. Some locations may require an additional travel fee beyond a 35-mile radius of the performer’s base location.
